Are you currently suffering from a severe case of Janxiety?
As we near the end of the month, I know the chitter chatter of New Year New You, gym memberships and veganuary are sounding like a worn out record …however I do TRULY believe it is the best month of the year to be having a wardrobe detox; in preparation for the year ahead.
January is pretty stale in the shops. The new season hits are dribbling through, with no real presence and walking through Zara is comparable to a charity jumble sale. So why not be prepared and get ready for Spring by clearing out some space… one in one out rule right!?
Its time to get rid of all those items that you haven’t worn in months, have a sort through the pile at the bottom of your wardrobe that grows on a daily basis and cull the 25 pairs of jeans; of which you could count on one hand the styles you ACTUALLY wear.
Our wardrobe is a pretty personal space and is actually very reflective of who we are as individuals. Having a closet clear out can seem like a very daunting task. We all have our selection of items that you think you ‘might wear” or like to leave in there under the pretence of fitting back in them; or simply outfits that remind us of special times or special places. It can often be overwhelming and hard to know what to do with everything and that’s before you start on the ‘what stays’ and ‘what goes’. It is most definitely easier said than done!
With that in mind I wanted to let you know about one of the services I offer through MORstyle. I can assist you with exactly this…a wardrobe detox. To find out a bit more on how the process works; click here and hopefully we can stop your Janxiety in its tracks
